3769376 - Need to Print Label Material Document posted for Transfer of material from Sloc to Sloc within same Plant - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Unable to find a link between Material Document, Warehouse Task, and Handling Unit using the APIs.
• Issue occurs when posting a Material Document for transferring stock from storage location to storage location within the same plant, movement type 311.
• Warehouse Task and Handling Unit are created and visible in the Warehouse tab within Material Document display but cannot be retrieved through API.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. In the application Post Good Movement, enter Material, Quantity, source, and destination Storage location.
2. Post Material Document for transferring stock from storage location to storage location within the same plant, movement type 311.
3. Observe that a Warehouse Task and Handling Unit are created and visible in the Warehouse tab within Material Document display.
4. Attempt to retrieve the Warehouse Task and Handling Unit through API.

The CDS view that provides the link between Material Document, Warehouse Task, and Handling Unit (I_EWM_WhseDocumentItem) is not commonly known, which leads to the perception that this data cannot be retrieved via API.

Use the CDS view I_EWM_WhseDocumentItem, which provides the necessary information to link Material Documents with Warehouse Tasks.
