3769381 - LMS Mobile App: Request observer is not working when observer must be the Primary Manager

On Mobile App for Android, the users are not able to request observation from Primary Manager, as the "request observation" button is not displayed, instead, the search option is still displayed to find other observers.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. On Mobile, Access a Learning Item with Observation request required >
2. Ensure that Observer Must Be Primary Manager setting is set to Yes >
3. As user, create an observation request >
4. Verify that only manager is listed, but there is no option to request observation from them, only "remove" >
5. On the top right corner, the search icon still allows to search for other observers.

The Product Engineering team has confirmed that the "Observer Must Be Primary Manager" functionality is not supported on mobile.
