3769464 - sending mail stay in status 672 but manual sending works

Symptom

  • When the SAPCONNECT send job (program RSCONN01) runs, emails queued in SOST are not forwarded and remain unsent.
  • Message status in SOST changes to 672 "Dispatch time not reached" or remains 672 "Waiting".
  • Manual send from SOST (or SCON) works and sets status to XS073 "Transmitted".
  • Job log shows "Ballog handle is initial -> cannot be logged".
