3769488 - eDocument Peppol: Mapping Class Not Found for Process EUINV/0001 - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

When sending a cross-border eInvoice via PEPPOL (e.g. DE → FR, DE → BE), the eDocument fails at the REQ_SEND step with the following error in the Interface Connector Log:

Mapping class not found for process EUINV/0001, process step , eDoc. type EU_INV 

The eDocument status remains Sending Requested with an error flag.
