3769595 - Unable to View Approval Status (L1/L2) for Sales Order Flexible Workflow in GUI

Symptom

  • Configured the Sales Order Flexible Workflow, which includes a workflow approval matrix with L1 and L2 levels. When a user creates a sales order, the workflow is triggered correctly for approval.
  • However, users are unable to view the current approval status (i.e., whether the sales order is pending with L1 or L2) at the SAP GUI level.
