3769598 - "Phra" Text Appears under Suggested Skills in Manage Skills - Recruiting Management

In Manage skills > Suggest skills within a job requisition, opening the info/source icon for a suggested skill shows the text “phra” instead of the full word “phrase”.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

1. Sign in to the application.
2. Navigate to Recruiting and open any job requisition.
3. Select Manage skills.
4. Select Suggest skills.
5. Click the info/document icon under the Source column for a suggested skill.
6. Observe that the word “phrase” is truncated to “phra” (message key RCM_PHRASE).

A UI truncation defect in the skill info panel causes the label “phrase” to be cut off.

1. No configuration changes are required; the issue is addressed by a code fix delivered with release B2611.
2. The fix is scheduled for Preview on 12-Oct-2026 and for Production on 13-Nov-2026.
3. After your environment is updated to B2611 or later, verify the skill info panel. If the issue persists, clear browser cache and reopen the page.
4. If the behavior still occurs post-update, create a support case and reference the message key RCM_PHRASE.
