3769734 - Error: "Schema Validation failed for cXML - 0000 - QuoteRequest" when I send a Request for Quotation with the Portuguese language

When I send a Request for Quotation (RFQ) from my SAP ECC or S/4HANA to SAP Ariba Sourcing with the language set to Portuguese, the transaction fails in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network with the following error message:

Schema Validation failed for cXML-0000-QuoteRequest.. Suggested Action : Please check the attachment for error details.For implementation guidelines ,please refer to corresponding refer to corresponding cXML specs at Integration Portal -> Resources-> Implementation Guides.Please contact support with ErrorCode:CIG-PLT-00623.

When downloading the validator response from the error message, I find the following error:
