Symptom

  • Rates 1.0: Error is received when attempting to use a monthly rate with a rate component group that contains a flat fee, during rate creation.
  • Rates 2.0: Error is received when attempting to use a monthly rate with a rate component group that contains a flat fee rate component, in rates lookup.
  • The following error is displayed: Rate with Unit of Measure as Monthly cannot have a Rate Component Group having Rate Components with Unit as Flat Fee.
