This Customizing activity was delivered through a Support Package (SP) for product version S/4HANA On-Premise 2023. However, the IMG node is not visible / not available in your system, and therefore you are unable to maintain the Generic Tax customizing. As a result, you may need to (re)install or (re)activate the node.
