3769887 - Business Payroll Survey (Canada) does not generate output for employee category 'Salaried' or 'Hourly'

Symptom

During testing of Business Payroll Survey - Canada report (RPCBPSK0), the output does not display expected result under the employee category e.g. 'Salaried Employees' or 'Employees paid by the hour'.

The configuration of the Wage Types was performed correctly in V_T512ES.
