3769895 - Standard ID Tag is Missing in 3PL Request ODER Payload

Symptom

The tag "StandardID" for the Products is not visible in the 3PL request ODER(OutboundDeliveryExecutionRequest) payload.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Third-Party Logistics work center.
  2. Open Business Communication Monitoring under Common Tasks.
  3. Search with the 3PL request ID: ABC. (ABC represents 3PL Request ID)
  4. Choose Show Payload and Select "SAP ESD".
  5. Search for the relevant product in the payload.
  6. In the Product segment, there is no StandardID tag.

Cause

  • The StandardID tag for the Product is not populated in the ODER payload of 3PL Request, for the Consignment Fill-Up delivery type. This is expected system behavior.
  • The StandardID tag is only supported and populated only in the Standard Delivery type. 

(The StandardID tag will the contain the value of GTIN number of the Product which is maintained in Product Master Data)

Resolution

This is standard system behavior.
