3769903 - Error SDMI Fails During S/4Hana Upgrade Due to Missing Selective Field in CMM_VLOGP

Symptom

  • During a release upgrade from S/4HANA 2021 to S/4HANA 2025, an error occurs.
  • The /sdf/rc_start_check report shows SDMI failure for class CL_CMM_SDM_UPDATE_VLOGP in all clients.
  • Error message: "The SDMI (Silent Data Migration) CL_CMM_SDM_UPDATE_VLOGP is canceled/erroneous in client 300. There are 0 relevant entries still to be migrated."
  • The log mentions that a selective field in table CMM_VLOGP is missing.
  • Attempts to run the migration manually using report R_SDM_ONLINE_EXEC are unsuccessful.
