Symptom

  • In a parallel approval workflow for business partner change requests, when two approvers open the same change request at the same time, the second approver receives the message: "Change Request XXXX locked by user YYYYYY".
  • The second approver cannot proceed with approval until the first approver approves or closes the change request.
