3770080 - Error CVIS_UI_GENERIC013 when using BUR001 Relationship with organization/group business partner

Symptom

  • When creating a contact-person relationship (BUR001) where the contact is a BP of category Organization (2) or Group (3), the system raises: CVIS_UI_GENERIC013 "Maintain req. field Last Name in contact person BP".
  • Organization/Group business partners do not have a Last Name field, so the entry cannot be supplied and the relationship cannot be saved.
  • A Person (1) contact works correctly.
  • Initially, entering a non-Person partner raises: R1245 "Business partner is not a person".
