• Onboarding Compliance E-signature step is stuck with BPE error.
• Error message: PDF Generation Failed for document flow with code: XXX.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log in to the instance.
2. Proxy as a user who can view onboarding tasks.
3. Navigate to To Do tasks > BPE errors > View Errors in Compliance Document Creation for the relevant Compliance Process.
4. Observe the error "PDF Generation Failed for document flow" with an associated error code.

1. Run Check Tool: "Compliance templates for Print Forms service are consistent (CheckMissingComplianceTemplatesinPFS)".
2. Review the Check Tool results and address any missing standard compliance templates reported for PFS.
3. After templates are consistent, retry the Compliance E-signature step or restart the affected BPE task to reattempt PDF generation.
