• Questions about configuring the Welcome Letter to cc the assigned recruiter/TA or to send a separate notification.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Send the standard Welcome Letter email in Onboarding.
2. Observe that the email is delivered only to the candidate.
3. Navigate to Email Services > Email Categories and attempt to use CC Recipient Builder to include the assigned recruiter/TA.
4. Observe that the Welcome Letter notification does not support CC or a separate notification to the assigned recruiter/TA.

By-design limitation: the Welcome Letter email does not support CC recipients or a separate notification to the assigned recruiter/TA.

1. Acknowledge that the Welcome Letter email in Onboarding does not support CC recipients; CC Recipient Builder works for other notifications but not for the Welcome Letter.
2. Recognize that there is no supported configuration or workaround to send the Welcome Letter directly to the assigned recruiter/TA as a primary recipient at the same time.
3. If this capability is required, submit an enhancement idea through the official influence channel.
4. For other Onboarding notifications where CC is supported, configure CC Recipient Builder as needed.
