In SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, the Welcome Letter email is delivered exclusively to the new hire. No supported configuration allows the assigned recruiter, talent advisor, or any other internal user to receive the Welcome Letter as a CC recipient or as a co-primary recipient at the same time as the new hire. Understanding this limitation enables administrators to identify where CC recipient configuration is supported in the Onboarding email framework and to assess alternative notification options for their business process.
