3770143 - Unable to export Job Role Tags - Recruiting Management

When trying to export Job Role Tags and hit on Submit, the page seems to reload but shows no data, no file is being exported or downloaded. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Import Job Role Tags
2. Click on Export all job role tags
3. Submit
4. Blank screen is displayed
5. Check Downloads: no file has been downloaded

Invalid option IDs are stored in the database for the job role tag mapping, which are not associated to any valid picklist IDs. 

Customer would have 2 options to immediately fix the issue:

• Re-import the job role tags, so that current invalid tags will be deleted, replaced with the new corrected entries.
  
  
• Manually delete the incorrect entries using "Manage Data" as per steps below:

1. Go to Admin Center 
2. Go to Configure Object Definitions
3. Search for "JobRoleTagMappingEntity" and click on "Make Correction"
4. Add optionId under searchable fields, to make it easier to search for the records causing the issue
5. Add correct optionID
6. Click save
