3770161 - Deployment Fails with CrashLoopBackOff Due to Invalid DefaultBruteForceAttackHandler Configuration (waitTime should be >= timeFrame)

Symptom

Application deployment fails and commerce application pods enter a CrashLoopBackOff state during startup.

The application logs contain errors similar to the following:

de.hybris.platform.core.UninstantiableCoreApplicationContextException:
Error creating Spring application context.

...

Caused by: org.springframework.beans.BeanInstantiationException:
Failed to instantiate
[de.hybris.platform.commerceservices.security.impl.DefaultBruteForceAttackHandler]:
Constructor threw exception; nested exception is
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: waitTime should be >= timeFrame

...

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:
waitTime should be >= timeFrame

As a result, the Spring application context cannot be initialized and the application startup fails.
