3770182 - Mass change goal plan states returns 'ajaxunauthorized' error for non-admin users after 1h 2026 release

• Accessing Mass Change Goal Plan States as a non-admin user causes an application error.
• The same page works when accessed with a system admin account.
• Error displayed: "An application error occurred. Please try again later..." with errorCode=AJAXUNAUTHORIZED.

 SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Login to the admin account and proxy as a user with HR permissions (non-admin).
2. Navigate to Goal Management -> Administration.
3. Open Mass Change Goal Plan States.
4. Observe that an application error appears with errorCode=AJAXUNAUTHORIZED.

A code defect caused unauthorized errors for non-admin users when accessing Mass Change Goal Plan States. Granting the "Form Template" permission appeared to avoid the error but was not an expected requirement.

1. Workaround: Grant the impacted user the "Form Template" permission and verify access to Mass Change Goal Plan States.
2. Permanent fix: Patch Fix for Preview 2605p11 on 30th June 2026, Production on July 7th 2026.
