3770237 - HTML code displayed in MDF field on SuccessFactors Mobile application

Symptom

  • HTML code appears in the MDF field when using RTE display on the SuccessFactors Mobile application
  • The issue does not occur in the web version, where the field displays correctly.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1.  Log in to the SuccessFactors Mobile application.
  2. Navigate to the custom MDF.
  3. Edit the data for the field configured with RTE display.
  4. Observe that HTML tags are visible in the field.
  5. Verify that the field displays correctly in the web browser. 

Resolution

  • The Engineering team is actively working on a fix for this issue. 
  • The fix is scheduled to be released in the upcoming mobile release 2607.
