Rejected Purchase Order is not appearing in preparer’s My Inbox To-Dos in Cloud Public Edition.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a Purchase Order and submit it for approval.
2. Have an approver reject the Purchase Order.
3. Check the preparer’s My Inbox → To-Dos.
4. Observe that the rejected Purchase Order does not appear as an actionable To-Do item for the preparer.

Its a Standard system behavior

• This is standard system behavior: when a Purchase Order is rejected, the approval workflow ends and no rework task is created for the preparer.
• The preparer receives a notification regarding the rejection, but no To-Do item is generated in My Inbox.
