3770275 - Post-capitalization of investment support in S/4Hana

Symptom

There is a need to post investment support as post-capitalization to assets in an S/4Hana system with transaction ABNAN/ABNAL. Eventually, following errors arise:

  • Error AAPO 176: Transaction type K** (et al) cannot be used for transaction 'Post-capitalization'. The reason for this is: Differing Transaction Type Categ. of Trans. Type G.
  • After implementing note 3589944: Error FAA_POST047 Data inconsistency: posting with restricted transaction type.
  • Error AA618: Investment support positive in area 57.
  • In ABNAN/ABNAL only one investment support area can be selected at a time.
