3770282 - How to access Identification Types and Tax Categories classified as sensitive personal data

After configuring Identification Types and Tax Categories as sensitive personal data, the information is displayed in masked form in Business Partner apps. Certain business users require authorization to view the unmasked data but are unable to do so due to data protection masking.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open Maintain Business Partner app.
2. Enter Business Partner number and open the profile.
3. Navigate to "Identification" tab.
4. Personal data of the BP is masked.

Missing assignment of the Business Partner role to the business users who require access to unmasked data.

An authorized buiness user with the Sensitive PD Specialist Business Partner role (BUPSPD) assignment can view and maintain the sensitive personal data for Identification Types and Tax Categories in the app. 

Steps:

1. Open Maintain Business Partner app.
2. Enter Business Partner number and open the business partner.
3. Open the Business User BP in Edit mode and assign the Business Partner role BUPSPD.
4. Save the Changes.
