Symptom
- When selecting Transport > Export > New, some users receive an error and the page does not load.
- Error message: "Failed to load. Please refresh your browser to try again." or
- When selecting Data Monitoring > Data Integration
The behavior occurs in multiple browsers.
Environment
SAP Datasphere
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Transport > Export.
- Choose New to open object selection.
- Observe that the page fails to load and shows "Failed to load. Please refresh your browser to try again." or
- Navigate to Monitoring > Data Integration
- Observe that page fails to load with an HTTP 403 Error follows: "It looks like there was an error while reading from the back end. Sorry, we can't find this file. The file you're looking for doesn't exist, or you don't have permission to view it."
