• When launching performance forms in bulk, the admin does not receive the expected completion email (for example, “launch successfully done for x users”).
• This concerns the generic admin notification for mass form launch, not document creation notifications.

1. Open Performance Management and prepare a bulk (mass) launch of performance forms for multiple users.
2. Launch the forms in bulk.
3. Check the admin’s email inbox; no completion notification email is received.

The “Mass Create Form Instance Notification” email template is disabled in Email Notification Template Settings, preventing the system from sending the admin notification during mass form launches.

1. Go to Email Notification Template Settings.
2. Locate the notification “Mass Create Form Instance Notification.”
3. Ensure that the notification template is enabled and properly configured.
4. Save the changes.
