Remove button is missing on the Snack View for Items assigned via Assignment Profile.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Create an online item and set the option “Users can remove non-required assignments” to true >
2. Assign the item to a user via an Assignment Profile >
3. Open the LMS homepage and locate the item under Important Learning >
4. Open the the Snack View for the assigned item >
5. Observe that the Remove button is not available >
6. Open the item details page for the same assigned item >
7. Observe that the Remove button is available >
8. For comparison, self-assign a similar item, open the Snack View and observe that the Remove button is available there.

Currently, the Remove button in the the Snack View is only available for self-assigned items.

Alternatively, to have a different system behavior, vote for this enhancement request or submit a new if it doesn’t meet your requirements (as per KBA 2090228), where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
