3770480 - Job Analyzer Not Selecting Other Section to Scan - Recruiting

The Job Analyzer feature is not picking all short and long description. It only select the top or what is first section in Job Profile.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

1. Access Job Requisition.
2. Select Job Profile.
3. Make sure you have multiple section for description.
4. Use the Job Analyzer.
5. Notice that it only pick the top section of description.

Last 2511 Release, the enhanced Rich Text Editor (RTE) is rolled out and CKEditor was deprecated. However Job Analyzer is still referencing a CKEditor instance that no longer exists.

Last March 2026 a patch that was released to fix affected Job Requisition and Job Profile with No Role pages. Job Profile with Role page changes is not included in this patch because during testing Engineering found that it has a different codebase and would requires further analysis.  

Engineering has identified the root cause and fix will deployed on 2611(2H2026)

Note: Expectation on how the feature is supposed to work is that only the first section of the job descriptions from job role is expected to be scanned. To scan other sections, the customer should open each section in edit mode before accessing Job Analyzer.
