• Stuck queue entry for an inspection lot in the warehouse message queue

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Perform usage decision for the inspection lot in Quality Management.
2. Attempt to change stock from quality (Q) to unrestricted (F).
3. Open Warehouse Monitor > Tools > Message Queue and observe the inspection lot entry stuck with error "No product putaway profile found ..."

Stock/handling unit related to the inspection lot remained at a resource (not in the intended storage type), preventing determination of a product putaway profile for the storage type.

1. Move all affected stock/handling units from the resource to the intended storage type/destination bin.
2. Refer to: KBA 3650652 - How to move the stock out of resource - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
3. Reprocess the stuck queue entry in Warehouse Monitor > Tools > Message Queue.
4. If the queue still fails, verify customizing in “Define Product Putaway Profile” for the relevant putaway control indicator and storage type.
