Symptom

Limitation for Auto-Loaded Mashup URL in SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2.

Environment

SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Mashup Authoring in system settings.
  2. Select Auto-Loaded URLs.
  3. Choose Add Auto-Loaded URL.
  4. Enter the mashup URL and confirm.
  5. Notice only 2 URLs can be added.

Resolution

When navigating to a mashup, data from source websites may take time to load, causing delays. Auto-Loaded URLs eliminate this lag by preloading content in the background, ensuring your mashups are ready instantly and your workflow remains uninterrupted.

A maximum of two Auto-Loaded URLs is currently supported to maintain overall application performance. For requirements beyond two, consider submitting an enhancement request via the Influence Portal.
