3770549 - Why can Supplier edit a worker's Location even when "Allow changes to Site and Location on the SOW Work Order/Worker" is set to Buyer

• When the SOW rule "Allow changes to Site and Location on the SOW Work Order/Worker" is set to Buyer on the SOW Template, the system allows Supplier to change the Location when revising an SOW work order
• During SOW work order revision, Suppliers may be able to select other Locations that are not defined on the SOW
• Suppliers must be restricted from modifying Locations —including those defined in the SOW—during an SOW Worker edit or revision
