3770640 - While performing the full Installation the input template doesn't have Rate Type field shown to add the value in SSAM

Symptom

Rate Type field is mandatory in S4 as standard SAP process while performing full Installation using EG31 in SAP. However in SSAM while performing the full Installation the input template doesn't have Rate Type field shown to add the value in SSAM.
