3770711 - Joule booster fail at integration step: s/4hana cloud system not registered in system landscape

The booster for Joule fails during the integration step with below error:

Could not include system "xxxxxx" to the formation because it conflicts with the following rules: 

• System xxxxxx has to be registered with Integration with Joule or All Communication Scenarios communication scenario groups before including it in the formation of type Integration with Joule.
