3770713 - Access to SAP Build Denied – IAS Migration Required for BAS / SAP Build

The following error appears when navigating to SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), SAP Build Process Automation (BPA), or Dev Space Manager:

"Access to SAP Build denied. To access SAP Build, you must migrate to use the SAP Cloud Identity Services - Identity Authentication service."

This occurs even though one or more of the following is true:

• IAS is already configured at the BTP subaccount level
• The subaccount is using the Default identity provider (not XSUAA)
• The application was working correctly until recently with no changes made

• SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) on BTP
• SAP Build / Build Process Automation
• SAP BTP subaccount using SAP Cloud Identity Services – Identity Authentication (IAS)
