Symptom

After executing a "Start" command using sapcontrol, the command returns "OK":

sapcontrol -nr <instance_number> -function Start

Timestamp 
Start
OK

Then executing sapcontrol GetProcessList function, it returns blank results:

sapcontrol -nr <instance_number> -function GetProcessList

OK
