3770806 - Custom extrinsic fields sent from SAP Ariba are not visible in the outbound payload on CIG

Symptom

I have created custom fields in SAP Ariba Procurement or SAP Ariba Sourcing, and they are being passed to SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network (formerly CIG) in the preprocess payload. But these fields are missing in the CIG outbound payload.
