How are AI Unit deductions calculated for the Recruiting AI Features?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

AI Unit consumption is triggered anytime the following conditions are fulfilled:

1. The job is eligible for Assisted Screening, as per business rule, see this page of the guide.
2. An applicant becomes Hired by respecting one of the following conditions
   1. Either status category is one of these: Hired, Prestart, Onboard, Employee, Other Hired status categories
   2. Or status type is one of these: Hirable, Hired, other Hired statuses

Case 1: Assisted Screening ENABLED + Applicant Skills ENABLED: 1 unit is deducted per candidate hired.

Case 2: Assisted Candidate Skills Recommendations ENABLED + Assisted Screening ENABLED + Applicant Skills ENABLED: The units are deducted for both features (skills and recommendations) when the candidate is hired, that's 2 units per candidate hired.

Case 3: Assisted Candidate Skills Recommendations ENABLED + Assisted Screening DISABLED+ Applicant Skills DISABLED: Once Job recommendation is enabled on career site then any new hire (across all jobs) will be charged whether they use Job recommendation or not, thats 1 unit per candidate hired.
