User faced the error message "Query 2CCEPREVIEWQ instance ID has been closed" while opening review customer projects.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Plan Customer Project app.
2. Search for the relevant project using the id.
3. From Related Apps, open Review Customer Project.
4. Observe the error: "Query 2CCEPREVIEWQ instance ID has been closed".

1. The project contains resource demands with zero planned effort, which is not allowed by the underlying query.
2. A Work Package in the project has a negative Actual Effort Quantity and a zero Planned Effort Quantity

For Cause 1:

1. Identify all resource demands in the project that have zero planned effort.
2. Update each of these resource demands to a non-zero planned effort value.
3. Save the changes.
4. Reopen Review Customer Project and confirm the error no longer occurs.

For Cause 2:

1. Find the Work Package which has a negative Actual Effort Quantity, for example, using app Display Line Items in General Ledger.
2. Add a Planned Effort Quantity for the Work Package in Plan Customer Projects.
