3771033 - Timesheet Not Displaying Data for a Specific Week Due to Pending Changes Status in Employee Times

A specific week is not displayed in the employee's timesheet, while other weeks are shown correctly.

In Time Reporting, time entries for the affected week are visible. No error message is displayed when accessing the timesheet.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to Time Administration Work center
2. Go to Employees view
3. Search and select the affected employee.
4. Click Edit, then open Employee Times.
5. For the affected week, observe that time entries exist with status Pending Changes.
6. Open Edit Timesheet and notice that the affected week is not displayed.

Time entries for the affected week are in Pending Changes status, which prevents them from appearing in the timesheet view.

1. Go to Time Administration work center
2. Go to Time Recording view
3. Select the affected employee.
4. Locate the time entries for the affected week that have the status Pending Changes.
5. Choose Discard Changes to clear the pending status and revert the entries to Approved.
6. Open the employee's timesheet again and verify that the affected week is now displayed.
