Symptom

  • What-If Forecast projections in Promotion Management appear unrealistic compared to historical sell-out.
  • Many article-level forecasts in Unified Demand Forecasting (UDF) are fractional (for example, 0.x units), which aggregate into high totals.
  • Projection values in currency are derived by multiplying UDF forecast units by POS price, amplifying perceived discrepancy.
