Is it possible to automatically assign mandatory learning to users based on competencies in Learning

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

 Automatic assignment of learning items based on competencies is currently not supported from the learning admin side. This is as per system design.

If users need to locate learning by competency, they can select the "Search by Competency" option on their development goal that is added to a learning activity. However, from the admin side in Learning Admin, this is unfortunately not possible.

Customers can submit an enhancement request regarding this feature as explained in KBA 2090228 - How to Submit Enhancement Requests for SAP SuccessFactors Products. All enhancement requests are reviewed by our Product Management team and, if approved, will be developed and implemented in a future product release.
