3771269 - Value in dropdown list is not transferred into field during invoice creation - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In Display Billing Documents App, some fields show value help in dropdown list based on previously entered values, but users cannot select any entry from the dropdown list with mouse so that the selected value can be transferred into the field.

The issue will be fixed with 2608. Customers in S/4HANA Public Cloud 2602 can use the following workarounds until the switch to 2608. For further details about upgrade schedules, refer to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, 3-System Landscape – Upgrade & Maintenance Schedule.

Below 3 optional workarounds can be used until the permanent solution is available:

1. Click in the area directly in front of the suggested text to adopt it.
2. Navigate the suggestion list with the keyboard arrow keys (↓ and ↑) and press Enter to adopt the value.
3. Temporarily roll back Chrome/Edge to version 148.
