3771300 - How to Print In Simplex/Duplex Mode With CPM

There is a requirement to print on S/4 HANA Cloud via CPM for PI (Cloud Print Manager for Pull Integration) using printing preferences, like Simplex/Duplex Mode.

• CPM for PI (Cloud Print Manager for Pull Integration) 770 and higher

Setting of Simplex/Duplex Mode needed.

1. On CPM for PI side, find and remove the option "Ignore print profile" under "PDF Settings" within the related print queue:

2. In the Fiori Application "Maintain Print Queues", select Duplex/Simplex and save.
   After that, start the Print Queue to reload the settings:

3. Test print again.

Be aware that the print profile is not loaded if the printing is started from the print queue by button ‘Create Test Page’.

Make sure to re-start the print queue to active the settings.
