3771313 - Complete e-signature task shows as "not applicable" on onboarding dashboard when no forms assigned to candidate - Onboarding

In the onboarding dashboard, the task "Complete e‑Signature" is displayed with the status "Not Applicable" when no forms assigned to candidate

1. Log in with a user who can access the onboarding dashboard.
2. Open an external onboarding process and navigate to the new hire details page.
3. Observe that the task "Complete e‑Signature" is listed and shows status "Not Applicable".

The process variant includes the Document Flow step, but no Assign Forms rule is configured (or the candidate's data doesn't match the rule condition, no onboarding forms are assigned). Therefore, the step is displayed and shows as "Not Applicable".

Confirmed with engineering team the status is expected.

Onboarding started showing this "Not applicable" for Complete e-signature step which was skipped, this provides the capability to restart Complete e-signature step if needed.
