Symptom

Unable to search bank details in mobile app when editing bank.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Mobile
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to SuccessFactors Mobile App 
  2. Go to the Full Profile of user
  3. Click on Personal Data and select Payment Information card
  4. Click on Edit and go to the Bank field
  5. Search any bank
  6. Never pop up bank 

Resolution

Product Engineering is investigating a solution. Please expect this fix should be fix in 2611 release.
