3771349 - Custom Email Templates for Offboarding Tasks are not Getting Triggered for a Specific Task Assignee - Onboarding

• Offboarding email templates are not being sent to a specific task owner. Other tasks assignees receive their emails successfully.
  • (OFB) Custom Offboarding Task Initiated Template
  • (OFB) Custom Offboarding Task Completion Template 
• The task owner is correctly assigned to the task and the tasks appear on the user’s home page; tasks can be completed.
• No email appear for the affected task in Email Services > Email Status.
