3771354 - AWS S3 sender adapter stops polling after credential rotation

Symptom

When AWS S3 credentials (access key and secret key) are rotated in SAP Cloud Integration Security Material, the AmazonWebServices sender adapter stops polling and retrieving new files from the configured S3 bucket. The integration flow does not produce visible errors after the credential update and no new messages are processed. The issue persists until the integration flow is restarted or redeployed, after which polling resumes normally and file processing continues as expected.

The behavior is specific to the read direction (S3 to SAP Cloud Integration polling). Write operations using the AmazonWebServices receiver adapter (SAP Cloud Integration to S3) continue to function correctly after a credential update without requiring a restart or redeployment.
