Symptom
- Users attempting to log in through SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) receive the following error message:
- " SAML User authentication failed. The user data could not be synchronized. "
- Application logs show that the SAML authentication is successful and a valid SAML response is received from the Identity Provider (IdP). However, the login fails immediately afterward during the user synchronization process.
