3771469 - HTML5 application is missing from Work Zone Content Explorer despite successful BTP deployment

Symptom

After deploying one or more HTML5 applications to the BTP subaccount, and updating the HTML5 Apps Content Provider in Work Zone, the application is not visible in the Work Zone Content Explorer.
The HTML5 Apps Content Provider Report shows the following error message:
   "Replication failed for HTML5 app '<application name>' and manifest 'manifest.json'",
   "1 constraint violation(s) found: sapApp.dataSources[crossNavigation].uri must not be empty"
