3772063 - "View More" option is not available for custom MDF workflow notification cards in Microsoft Teams

The "View More" option is not displayed for Custom MDF workflow notification cards in Microsoft Teams when workflows are created and sent for approval, although it is displayed for standard MDF object workflows.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Integrate Microsoft Teams with SAP SuccessFactors.
2. Open Microsoft Teams and access the SuccessFactors app.
3. Locate a workflow associated with a Custom MDF object that has been sent for approval.
4. Observe that the notification card displays only the available approval actions (for example, Approve, Approve with Comments, and Review and Approve) and that the "View More" option is not available.

This is the expected behavior.

The "View More" action is supported only for notification cards that belong to the EC_PENDING_WORKFLOW_APPROVAL category.

Workflow notification cards generated for Custom MDF objects belong to a different category, which does not support the "View More" action.

To review the workflow details before approving it, select Review and Approve on the notification card. This opens the workflow in SAP SuccessFactors, where the workflow details and pending changes can be reviewed before approval.
