3772067 - HDI container access cancelled due to security audit in SAP Web IDE

Symptom

Developers attempting to access HDI containers through SAP Web IDE receive the error "HDI container access cancelled due to security audit". The error occurs when establishing new native HANA connections, when accessing existing HDI containers, and when adding a new HDI container in the Database Explorer. The following error is also observed in the Database Explorer when creating a test project with a new HDI container:

Cannot read properties of null (reading 'securityMessage')

Reviewing the hrrt-service-env.log file after following SAP Note 2877360 reveals that the auditlog credentials are empty. This indicates that the credentials for the auditlog-server, used for database access, are not populated correctly.

A similar credential issue is present in the auditlog-broker app, where the HANA service credentials are also forced to reset the password (HTTP 414 response code observed in the hrtt-service app environment).
